Job safety

Nozzles & Abrasive waterjet orifices
Overview
Nozzles as well as waterjet nuzzles are wearing parts with a high proportion of the machines operating costs. Consequently, the waterjet cutter must check the ratio initial cost/durability.
We offer both nozzles and waterjet nozzles at cheaper and expensive variants, with the price difference in a correspondingly higher level term impact:
Nozzles:

Important Note
Nozzles are very sensitive to impact particles. Since (metal) particles after the high pressure pump can peel off the piping, we strongly recommend the installation of our high-pressure filter (see page 08-02) before each cutting head. These filters are designed so that particles, which can destroy or damage the orifices are held back, the pressure loss at the nozzle is marginal.
