- Decreased wear of nozzles.
- Reduced downtime of waterjet system.
- Compact dimensions.
- Light in weight.
Technical data – Specification
- The filter cartridges feature the following advantages:
- high flow rate
- no peeling of particles
- large expanse
- uniform distribution of filter pores
- high reliability
- Dimension: Ø 37mm, L=68mm
- Water flow filter cartridge 10µ 0,5 l/min nozzles: Ø
>0,12
- Water flow filter cartridge 35µ 2 l/min
- Water flow filter cartridge 70µ 5 l/min
Important note
- Three different filter cartridges can be selected alternatively:
930100 Filter cartridge microporosity 10µ

Cutting Water Purification
To guarantee reliable operation of a water jet cutting system, it is necessary to purify mains water in such a way that it satisfies the requirements of cutting water. To do this, it is important to treat the contents of the water in such a way that the level of dissolved materials is neither too high nor too low – too high and it damages high pressure components and cutting jets, too low and it harms seals and high pressure components. In summary this means that a good water jet needs good water.
We are able to determine what is good water, and how to obtain it, thanks to our years of experience. With our inter-disciplinary knowledge we are constantly expanding current water purification methods to meet the requirements of water jet cutters and are able to provide the following services:
- Initial analysis of cutting water.
- Interpretation of water analyses in terms of the requirements of waterjet cutting.
- Advising on the installation of softening (ion exchanger) and membrane filtration (osmosis).
- Preventing free, un-buffered carbonic acid.
- The use of polymers to improve cutting performance.
Our high pressure filter is an important and practical accessory for water jet cutting, which has been specially designed for exactly this purpose. A noticeable reduction in wear and tear on jets with a minimal loss of pressure amortises this investment over the shortest period. It is available as both an in-line and angled filter.
