A correct and accurate measurement of the operating pressure is important for the safety of the high-pressure system, to verify the process parameters and to identify possible pressure losses in the system. We offer analog and digital pressure measurement systems. The analog pressure measurement and display is helpful for the operator to quickly visually verify the current operating pressure.
At the same time, however, we recommend the use of a digital pressure measurement with a measuring point as close as possible to the cutting nozzle. The difference between the pressure produced at the high-pressure pump and the pressure arriving at the nozzle will probably be very revealing in many cases.
