In 2018, Bystronic decided to discontinue the development and production of their waterjet machines in order to focus their resources on other strategic areas. Since then, Bystronic has continued to ensure service and spare parts supply for these machines. During this time, ALLFI has been able to provide targeted support services in close coordination with Bystronic.
To continue offering you the best possible service in the future, Bystronic Laser AG has now decided to transfer the support for Bystronic waterjet machines to ALLFI Group AG, based in Stans (Switzerland), as of January 15, 2025. With over 30 years of experience in the service of waterjet machines and a more than 20-year partnership with Bystronic, we are well-equipped to meet your needs optimally.
What does this mean for you?
Spare Parts Supply
We have taken over the entire spare parts inventory for waterjet-specific parts from Bystronic Laser AG. From January 15, 2025, we will be able to process your orders at our locations in Stans (Switzerland) and Pichl (Austria).

Service and Support

We have adopted the previous prices from Bystronic, so these will remain unchanged for now. Over the course of the year, we will review the prices and adjust them as necessary.
